Cheap Wax Wednesday Box Breaks: 2000 Topps HD Baseball
2000 Topps HD Baseball features a 100-card base checklist. The last 10 cards on the checklist feature rookies, however it was not a strong rookie class. All of the base cards are borderless and are printed on thick card stock, meant to make the product feel like a premium release. There is one full set parallel, Platinum, which is limited to just /99.

There are a handful of inserts to pull as well. Ballpark Figures are the most common, falling almost twice per box. Clearly Refined cards are found about once per box. On The Cutting Edge die-cut inserts are a bit tougher than once per box. Lastly, HD Image insert cards are found just once every couple of boxes.
There are autographs, but the checklist is short, with just two players on it. They are extremely tough to pull. Derek Jeter autographs fall once every 859 packs. Even tougher, Cal Ripken Jr. autographs are found just once in every 4,386 packs. A Jeter autograph from this set just sold a couple of weeks back for $390.
