Cheap Wax Wednesday Box Breaks: 2024 Topps Holiday Baseball
I’m taking a break from football for a more timely release. 2024 Topps Holiday Baseball features a 200-card base checklist. The design mirrors that of other 2024 Topps flagship releases but with a bunch of added holiday flair. Keeping with the neon design elements, each base card features a neon stocking, Santa Claus, wreath, and elf, along with plenty of snow and holly. There is no mistaking Topps Holiday for any other release.
Topps Holiday has been an annual release since the brand’s 2016 debut. Back then it was a retail-exclusive product available at Walmart. These days, boxes are available all over the place. I was able to preorder from Dick’s Sporting Goods of all places.

The Photo Variation cards make it a fun rip. Keep an eye out for players wearing Santa hats, Christmas light necklaces, using candy cane bats, among others.

You should find one relic or autograph in every box. Autographs are tough, though, with base autos landing just once in every 783 packs.

Speaking of Arenado, this product has had some collation issues in some batches. Some collectors have been finding five or more Arenado cards in every single pack of their boxes.
