2021-22 Panini Prizm Basketball Blaster Box Breakdown
Presented here are the highlights from the opening of two 2021-22 Panini Prizm Basketball blaster boxes containing six packs with four cards per pack. New this year are Blaster exclusive Ice Prizms that come three per box.

Quite the pedestrian Prizm parallel selection with no rookies or current superstars to speak of. The general trend seems to be one Green, one Purple Wave, two Silvers and the three Ice Prizms per box unless a 75th Prizm is present. The blue 75th anniversary Prizms are proving extremely popular with collectors as top rookies and level-1 superstars command triple digit values.

No longer is one memorabilia card or autograph per blaster a guarantee as in previous years. Interesting to note, the back of the card states “the enclosed officially licensed material is not associated with any specific player, game, or event”.
Also, based on the contents of these two boxes, and the viewing of several online breaks, the centering problems associated with the 2020-21 product remain. Population reports are sure to be thoroughly scrutinized as high-grade copies of certain cards may be tough to come by.

“the enclosed officially licensed material is not associated with any specific player, game, or event.”
So what, it is a Rockets jersey they picked up at the local Houston Goodwill store?
Sadly, that is most likely the case. Or maybe they had the jerseys with them and had him put them on.
