Collectors will once again take swings at assembling colorful rainbows of their favorite players as 2025 Panini Prizm Baseball returns for another season.
The annual chromium release from Panini is known for its comprehensive Prizm parallel rainbow and also gives collectors several autograph chases and the chance to find elusive inserts.
Hobby boxes will include 12 packs of 12 cards each, and collectors will find three autographs and 12 inserts in every box.
2025 Panini Prizm Baseball Checklist Overview
2025 Panini Prizm Baseball will deliver a 300-card checklist for the third straight year. Due to licensing constraints, most of the checklist will include top prospects, rookies, and retired players, but some of today’s top veteran stars will also appear.
Among 30 Prizm parallels, this year’s set will include /20 Cherry Blossom Prizms and the coveted 1/1 Gold Vinyl Prizms.
For autograph collectors, there are several sets to chase, including Throwback Autographs, which use the design of 2014 Panini Prizm Football autographs.
Other autograph sets include Prizmatrix, Prospect Dual Autographs, and Legendary Dual Autographs. Prizm’s autograph sets also have a handful of colorful parallels.
Ultra-rare and ever-popular Color Blast cards lead the inserts, bringing back the exploding color background for another year.
New to baseball in 2025 is the Groovy insert, a retro-designed set which has appeared in NBA, WNBA, and NASCAR Prizm sets in recent years.
A brand-new Prizm concept is Talisman.
A talisman, typically a stone or ring, is an object that serves as a good-luck charm that has seemingly magical effects. These cards feature such an object in the background behind a player photo.

You selling all these packages too too expensive blow the prices for people can have fun and kids too $150 for boxes come on you guys are highway robbery
JOM, I agree with you 💯 percent. That is highway robbery. Kids can NOT afford that. What happened. O that’s right, GREED happened. I understand that the prices of materials and labor has went WAY up. And places NEED to make a profit. To stay in business. But come on people. Come back to Reality. So kids can have some fun too. I had a conversation with someone just the other day. About the price of cards. I was paying 4.99 a pack for the little hanger pack that had 15 cards in it. And now, that same pack is 8.00. to me that is nothing more than GREED. STOP with ALL the GREED and let the hobby be affordable and fun again.
Buy a pack from hobby boxes. Thats another option. Lol
Yeah I will agree I been collecting since I was 14 years old I love collecting cards I am a grown man now and I can’t even afford to buy a box of cards I can not believe that boxes of cards are as high as they are since they came out with these one of five or a one of one has made it so high you can’t even afford to buy a box and the sad part of it is when you do by a box the odds of even pulling a nice card is very slim I don’t know how many different types of boxes I have bought and I still have not pulled nothing good I think it’s all set up my self once in a blue moon you hear of some body hitting something big you can not get your money back on these hobby boxes and the auto are always a no body I mean people have never even heard of the guys but I will agree with you all it has come down to greed that is all there is no kids that can afford these boxes of cards not less it is some Rich people kids but just your average kid can not buy these boxes of cards come down on the price were people can have fun opening up packs of cards
This is why i only buy old boxes and pack sets online. All the new stuff is jacked up, and the value disappears after a few years anyway.
