2023 Panini National Treasures Baseball is the card maker’s super premium release for the season. Everything on the checklist is a hit. All told, hobby boxes have eight autographs or memorabilia cards at least one of which is done in a booklet format.
2023 Panini National Treasures Baseball Checklist Overview
National Treasures doesn’t have a typical base set. Here, it’s driven by memorabilia. Like Panini’s other 2023 baseball release, players are either greats from the past or young up-and-comers. While there might be a couple of exceptions, current vets are no longer present as Panini no longer holds a license with the MLBPA.
Rookie Material Signatures are like the Rookie Patch Autographs found in other National Treasures releases.
Die-Cut Material Signatures boasts a large checklist of 100 players. The swatches on these are on the large side with display windows that spell out things like nicknames or something related to the player.
Other autographed memorabilia themes include Signature Names and Penmanship Materials Signatures.
Definitive Ink offers on-card signatures.
For those chasing strictly memorabilia, there’s Hall of Fame Materials the legends-driven Century Materials. Players on these date as far back as more than 100 years.
